Hungarian Banana Peppers Stuffed with Lou’s Gourmet Sausage

Use your favorite type of Hungarian pepper; Mild, Anaheim, Jalapeño, or Cubanelle. Clean peppers, cut off stems and ream out seeds. Stuff with Lou’s Gourmet Bulk Sausage of your choosing. Drizzle with olive oil. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Place stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and place in oven for approximately 15-20 minutes or until done. (Inside of sausage no longer pink.) You can also cook them outside. Pre-heat the grill on medium high. Cook the stuffed peppers for approximately ten minutes turning every two-three minutes to char the outside of the pepper. One pound of Lou’s Gourmet Bulk Sausage will fill approximately 10-15 Hungarian peppers, 8-10 Cubanelle peppers or 25-30 Jalapeño peppers. A great and unique appetizer!
