General Cooking Instructions
BROIL 1. Place sausage on top of rack closest to broiler. 2. Cook until golden brown on 1 side (approx. 5 minutes). 3. Turn over and repeat until golden on all sides.
BAKE 1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Place sausage in a baking dish. 3. Add 1/4 cup of water to the bottom of the dish. 4. Bake for 30 minutes. 5. Cut sausage in half. Cook until pink color is gone.
FRY 1. Place sausage in a frying skillet. Add about a ¼ inch of water. 2. Cover skillet, cook until sausage is browned. 3. Turn and repeat process.
BARBEQUE 1. Set grill to medium/high heat. 2. Cut sausage to desired length. 3. Place on grill. 4. Brown evenly on all sides, turning sausages frequently to insure meat is cooked thoroughly. 5. If flare-ups occur, lower cooking temperature.
