Chicken or Turkey with Cornbread Stuffing & Lou’s Gourmet Sausage

Make or use your favorite bread stuffing but add Lou’s Gourmet Bulk Sausage. Purchase one pound of Lou’s bulk sausage and brown it until the pink is gone. Add the sausage to your favorite bread stuffing. Allow an extra fifteen minutes of cooking time in any stuffed bird or place stuffing in a casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees until golden brown. (20-30 minutes) One pound of Lou’s Gourmet Bulk Sausage added to stuffing will fill a bird approximately 18-20 pounds. Bon Appetite!
