Pasta with Lou's Sausage & Meatballs

In a six-quart saucepan make or use your favorite meat sauce. To enhance the flavor, use two pounds of Lou’s Gourmet Italian Sausage. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut sausage into 4” pieces and place on baking sheet, leaving a gap between the pieces. Cook in oven for 30 minutes but turn them over after about 15 minutes. Put baked sausage in your sauce and let them simmer in the sauce on low for two to three hours. Stir occasionally. This recipe should feed 8-10 people. Mmmm Enjoy!
